CREATING & SHIPPING TIME

Creating Time: Generally 1 week

Shipping Time: 

Delivery time is usually 7~15 days. The fastest delivery time option is 5~10 days by FedEx/DHL.

Generally, you will receive your purchase in 14-21 days after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us at info@arteleer.com to confirm the accurate time frame.

PACKING

 

Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube, Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box 

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER AT ANY POINT?

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact info@arteleer.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact info@arteleer.com or log into your account if you need to cancel your order.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

 

Yes, Free shipping all over the world.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

 

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

For damaged item, please kindly contact Arteleer within 30 days of the date it was received and will be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at info@arteleer.com if you would like to replace your item.
