How long does it take to create and ship my artwork?

● Creation & Processing (5–7 Business Days): Every artwork is Handmade Oil Paintings by our professional artists, which takes about 5–7 business days. We will then share photos/videos with you for a 48-hour approval window. Once approved, your painting is ready for dispatch!

● Shipping Time (7–12 Business Days): We use premium carriers like FedEx and UPS,
DHL.

● Total Delivery Time: Generally, you can expect your masterpiece to arrive within

12-19 Business Days after placing your order. (For large quantity orders, please contact us at 
info@arteleer.com to confirm the exact timeframe).

Do you ship overseas? Yes! We offer fully insured delivery services to the United States, 
Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you reside outside these regions, please contact 
us, and we will do our best to arrange a custom delivery solution for you.

How much does shipping cost? We proudly offer FREE Shipping on all orders!

PACKAGING

How are the artworks packaged to prevent damage? We take the utmost care in 
protecting your art. Rolled canvas paintings are packed securely in robust, hard paper tubes. Framed paintings are carefully safeguarded and shipped in high-quality, custom-built wooden boxes. 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I update my order at any point? Orders cannot be updated or modified once they 
have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order before it leaves our studio, please contact info@arteleer.com immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate 
your request. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund as long as the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact info@arteleer.com or log into your account to request a cancellation. What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

What happens if my painting arrives damaged? We fully insure all our shipments! If your 
item arrives damaged in transit, please contact Arteleer at info@arteleer.com within 30 
days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged 
artwork and the packaging. We will handle the courier claims and send you a brand-new 
replacement within 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Will I have to pay import taxes?

● For US Customers: Orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from import 
duties under U.S. customs law.

● For Other Countries: Once your order arrives in the destination country, it may be 
subject to local import taxes and duties. These charges are the responsibility of the 
customer and are not included in the purchase price. However, we will gladly assist 
you with any necessary customs documentation to ensure a smooth clearance 
process.
