1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (For Standard Artworks) If you are not completely 
satisfied with your standard catalog painting, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a FULL refund. 

● Condition: The artwork must be in its original condition and securely 
packaged—preferably in the original packaging. (If the original packaging is 
unavailable, please use a similar protective method and provide photos for insurance purposes). 

● Return Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the return shipping cost and 
any related customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. You will only pay the actual cost charged by the shipping carrier. 

● Restocking Fee: We charge a $0 Restocking Fee on all eligible returns. 

● Please note: Take care when unboxing your artwork—we highly recommend keeping all packaging materials until you are fully satisfied with your piece. 

2. Custom Artworks (Important Exception) Each custom or personalized commission is 
hand-painted exclusively for you. Because these highly personalized pieces cannot be 
resold, all Custom Artworks are Final Sale and strictly non-returnable, unless they arrive 
damaged or defective. We appreciate your understanding of the custom artistic process. 

3. Damaged or Defective Artworks We take great care in packaging, but if your item 
arrives damaged in transit, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. 

● Free Replacement: We offer FREE replacements for any artwork damaged during 
shipping. 

● How to Claim: Please send an email to info@arteleer.com within 30 days of 
delivery, including your order number and clear photos of both the damaged artwork 
and the exterior packaging. 

● Let us deal with the courier companies on your behalf! Once approved, we will 
prioritize your request and ship out a brand-new replacement within 3–5 business 
days. 

4. The "Hand-Painted" Nature of Our Art All our artworks are 100% original oil paintings on 

canvas, hand-painted by professional artists. Because each piece is unique, slight variations in brushstrokes, color shades, and texture are expected and celebrated. (Please remember: Through our "Approval Before Shipment" process, you will have already reviewed and 
approved the exact look of your painting prior to dispatch!) 

5. How to Start a Return & Refund Processing Time

hours. If you don't see our response, please check your spam/junk folder!) Our team will provide you with the necessary Return Authorization and the designated return 
warehouse address. 

● Refund Processing: Once we receive and carefully inspect the returned artwork, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. 

● Bank Posting Time: For Shop Pay, the refund may take up to 3 business days to 
appear. For credit card refunds, please allow 7–15 business days for the funds to 
post, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
