Shipping Policy

At Arteleer, every painting is a handcrafted masterpiece. We are committed to ensuring that your customized artwork reaches you safely, promptly, and exactly as you envisioned it.

1. Shipping Destinations We currently offer secure delivery services to the United States, 
Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you reside outside these regions, please contact 
us—we are confident we can arrange a custom delivery solution for you.

2. The Creation & Order Processing Time Because your artwork is 100% hand-painted by professional artists, it requires dedicated time to create and perfect.

● Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed after 
this time will begin processing the next business day.

● Creation & Approval Process: It takes 3–5 business days for our artists to paint 
your piece. Once finished, we will share high-quality photos and videos of the artwork with you. You can express any wishes regarding colors or shades, and the artist will 
make the necessary adjustments.

● The 48-Hour Window: We kindly request your feedback or approval within 48 hours of receiving the preview. If no adjustments are requested within this timeframe, we 
will consider it approved and proceed to packaging.

● Total Order Processing Time: Factoring in the creation and approval process, 
please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be fully processed and ready for 
dispatch.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Time Once you are completely satisfied and your painting 
is approved, we will hand it over to our trusted courier partners (FedEx or DHL).

● Shipping Cost: We proudly offer FREE Shipping on all orders!

● Estimated Transit Time: 7–12 business days. (Total Estimated Delivery Time = 
5–7 Days Processing + 7–12 Days Transit)

4. Packaging & Fully Insured Delivery

● Packaging: Rolled canvas paintings are carefully protected and packed in robust, 
hard paper tubes. Framed paintings are securely packaged in high-quality, 
custom-built wooden boxes to ensure maximum protection.

● Insurance: Absolutely! Arteleer fully insures the transport of every artwork. You have nothing to worry about in the rare event of transit damage—there are no hidden 
costs.

5. International Taxes & Tariffs

● For US Customers (Good News!): Under U.S. customs regulations, orders valued 
under $800 USD are generally exempt from import duties and taxes. Most of our US 
customers will not face any extra customs charges upon delivery!

● For Canada, Australia & New Zealand: Please note that local guidelines apply, and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties once it arrives in your 
country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will gladly assist you with any necessary customs documentation to ensure a smooth clearance process.

6. Gifts & Alternative Addresses Can you get artworks delivered to a different person? 
Yes! We will deliver to the address you provide at checkout. If this is a surprise gift, please 
let us know in the order notes so we can help coordinate the perfect delivery!
